• Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much will my tattoo cost?
A: This being the most common question and one of the hardest to answer without you actually being in person to discuss. Size, detail, and placement all play a key factor into the price. Also it's hard to go over the fine details of a tattoo over the phone or Internet. Best thing to do is to come in and speak with one of our artists. From there we can get all the details we need to give you an accurate price quote.

    Q. Can I book an appointment?
    A. We can’t guarantee availability or make appointments over the Internet or on the phone. All of our artists book their own appointments so impossible to know everyone’s availability. If you’d like to book an appointment you could swing by the shop or email the artist you'd like directly. We also except walk-ins but they are done on a first come first serve basis depending on artists availability.

    Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: Absolutely! Walk-ins are done on a first come first serve basis depending on artist availability.

Q: What is your shop minimum?
A: Our shop minimum is $60. Most tattoos are charged by the piece but larger tattoos requiring multiple session would be charged by the hour.

    Q: I'm under 18, can I get tattooed?
A: Yes. As long as you're at least 16, have an ID that has your picture and birthdate, copy of your birth certificate, our Minor Consent forms filled out and signed by a notary, and your parents with you when you come in. We have our Minor Consent form available online for your convenience. Print it, fill it out, take it to a local notary and then bring it in.

    Q: Does it hurt?
A: Everyone has a different pain tolerance. The more painful parts on the human body would be the ribs, chest, feet, neck, and hip. We always tell our customers to try and not let the "pain" be a deciding factor and that they should ultimately get the tattoo where they want it.

Q: How do I care for my new tattoo?
A: We have detailed instructions available at the shop and online for your convenience. Please follow those instructions and you'll heal up just fine. If you ever have any questions about healing, please do not hesitate to call or come in.

    Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes! Not only do we meet and exceed all Health Department regulations, our setup is completely disposable. Once were done with the tattoo, everything hits the trash and bio bag. We guarantee every tattoo and piercing that walks out of our shop.

    after care

As important as it is for us to do our job and provide a quality tattoo, once it leaves the building it is up to you to take proper care of it. This is a crucial and very important part of the process. We can do an amazing tattoo but without the proper care it will not matter. Below is our highly recommended steps to care for your new tattoo.

-Keep tattoo wrapped for at least one hour, unless instructed otherwise

-Wash with warm water and liquid Dial antibacterial soap, pat dry and wait 5-10 min before moving to the next step...

-Apply a very thin layer of a scent and color free hand lotion. Gently rub in until gone. There should not be any globs on your tattoo, just a light shine.
-repeat this process 2-3 times daily untill the tattoo is healed

**Only do this step if instructed by the artist**
For the first 3 nights before bed, wash your tattoo and apply Redemtion/(or lotion). After that, wrap your tattoo in saran wrap. In the morning, Remove wrap and continue with the normal aftercare instructions above.

We do guarantee our work. If any touch ups are needed we will do them free of charge. Just please allow the tattooo to heal for at least one month.

Do not submerge in water for two weeks. Showers are fine.

Keep out of direct sunlight as much as possible for two weeks

Do not pick or scratch your tattoo

If you need to cover your tattoo for work while it is healing we recommend a light layer of redemption (or lotion) and then wrap it in Saran Wrap or covered with a sandwhich bag.

Most importantly... Please do not let anyone else tell you how to care for your new tattoo.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call.
